Jason Forbes

Jason Forbes is an actor, writer, and award-winning comedian. As part of sketch-comedy trio DAPHNE he won the London SketchFest Award for Best New Act and was nominated for Best Newcomer at the Edinburgh Comedy Awards. His radio show DAPHNE SOUNDS EXPENSIVE (BBC Radio 4) was nominated for Best Radio Comedy by the British Comedy Guide and in 2017, the Radio Times named him as one of their Top 14 Talents To Watch.

Jason’s TV credits include TRACEY ULLMAN’S SHOW (BBC 1/HBO), THE MASH REPORT (BBC 2), THE MIND OF HERBERT CLUNKERDUNK (BBC 3), DIAL M FOR MIDDLESBROUGH (Gold), HORRIBLE SCIENCE (ITV), DRUNK HISTORY (Comedy Central), the BAFTA-winning series CLASS DISMISSED (CBBC), LATE NIGHT MASH (Dave), GETTING BETTER – THE FIGHT FOR THE NHS (TV Series) and THE JOY OF MISSING OUT (Channel 4). His film roles include HORRIBLE HISTORIES: THE MOVIE, and BORG MCENROE alongside Sverrir Gudnason and Shia LaBeouf, where Jason portrays American World No. 1 tennis player Arthur Ashe. Jason can most recently be heard in ITV’s SPITTING IMAGE.
